Why We Love It

1. Like New. This home was just built in 2012, so everything is like new. You shouldn’t have to worry about replacing any of the “not fun to buy” stuff such as the furnace, hot water tank, or roof. Never ever in my life could I imagine having fun buying a furnace; I would much rather buy pretty floors or appliance. But guess what... you won’t have to buy those either!

These floors are very durable and with the color variation, they should hide dirt really well! One of my pet peeves is sweeping floors, then a couple hours later, the particles of dust or footprints make it look like nothing was done. So when I was shopping for floors for my house, I literally put my foot on the sample to see if dirt showed up and I dis the same when I walked in here. Guess what... my print didn’t show on these floors! They passed my test and are “Kim Approved” ;-)
