Why We Love It
1. The Great Room. If you're going to spend most of your daily living in your great room or kitchen, it helps when the space is this nice. With vaulted ceilings, a beautiful fireplace, wiring for speakers, and an openness that even keeps the chef involved in conversations... this room is near perfect. The fact that said chef will be cooking on a Viking range is just the cherry on top. The space is also open the rear room addition that leads you out to...
2. The Patio. Not all patios are created equally and this one is certainly higher on the food chain than most. Professionally designed and installed in 2012, the paver hardscape in this backyard combines with an adjustable shade pergola and a mature landscape to create the type of outdoor living room you usually have to watch HGTV to see. The yard is already fenced and has an irrigation system so you can just mow occasionally and relax frequently.
3. The Quality. We told you about the professional patio and landscaping. You heard about the Viking range and the brick fireplace. But there is more... much more. The furnace, air conditioner, and hot water talk were all installed just this year. The high end kitchen also comes with granite counter tops, 42" cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Your owner's suite has a walk-in shower and beautiful double vanity. That hard to find 3 car garage comes with Gladiator wall systems. Toss in other features like the resilient laminate flooring, custom column in the dining room, and the versatile room that was added to back of the home and it's not hard to see that this home was built with high quality in mind.
What You Need To Know
To say that 1-story homes with 3 car garages are hard to come by in Grove City would be an enormous understatement. This Creekside home is a rare find for today's buyers.

Built by M/I Homes in 2006 with some nice options already on board, the owners of this home have invested much more into upgrading this amazing home. All you have to do is move in... but let us give you a quick run through before you do.
The curb appeal jumps out at you before you even step out of the car. The irrigation system keeps your professionally designed landscaping looking its best and the driveway was just resealed.
Stepping inside you immediately notice the beautiful floors and the large column separating the dining room from the foyer. The owners didn't want the typical white column you see in most homes so they had this one custom built. A tray ceiling and transom windows help define your formal dining space.
Next up on the tour is the heart of your home. The great room features a brick fireplace that runs to the peak of your vaulted ceilings and is open to the kitchen. The space is large but cozy; making it great for entertaining or couch-potatoing (yes, I'm aware I made that word up).
A breakfast bar and a few pendant lights is all that separates you from the kitchen. And what a kitchen it is. You'll find yourself watching a few more episodes of Rachael Ray when you see the granite counter tops and high end appliance you get to cook with. With a nook for your table in the corner, this kitchen and great room combo is just about perfect.
A room was added to the back for a great sitting area. With wrap around windows, you can relax and enjoy the spectacular view of your backyard.
Your owner's suite is off to its own side of the home. With more vaulted ceilings and a custom shower, you might find yourself lingering a little longer before you rise to meet the day ahead.
Two more bedrooms and another full bath are located on the guest side of the home. The current owners set the larger of these rooms up as a great home office.
Your first floor laundry also serves as access to the 3 car garage. The garage just received a new coat of epoxy paint on the floors and features a Gladiator storage system on the walls.
The home has a partial basement with a capped crawl space for storage. There is a lot of space down here if you feel the need to add another living space or rec room.
The backyard and patio really make this home stand out from anything else. A lot of thought (and money) went into creating a useful and beautiful outdoor living space. The pergola has retractable shade panels and a ceiling fan to keep you cool and you still have room for the grill and a dining set next to this lounge area.
The landscaping is mature and pretty low maintenance so you can spend more time enjoying your yard and less time grooming it.
Okay... now you can move in.
