Why We Love It
1. Backyard. A privacy fence, patio, and a few mature trees set the scene for your own oasis. Sure, we love our neighbors but sometimes you just need to get away from it all. And if you’re in a more social mood, this space is plenty big enough to entertain so invite your friends (and me) over for a BBQ! If you need room for Fido to run, to add a swing set, or to drop a trampoline... this yard had you covered.
2. Finished Basement. Having a basement is great... but having a finished basement is even better! If you're looking for a spot to add a media room, weight room, ManCave, or a place to complete some of your Pinterest projects... the endless possibilities with this space are here for you.
3. Indian Trails. Growing up, I had a lot of friends who lived in Indian Trails and I caught many a bluegill out of the ponds around here. This neighborhood is huge and it provides lots of sidewalks and paths to explore. While you are out enjoying the mature trees, keep an eye out for the playgrounds, biking paths, and basketball court in the area. Even though it's quiet out here, you’re still not far from freeway access, shopping, dining, and the new Scioto Grove Metro Park.
What You Need To Know
Welcome to this beautiful two story home in the heart of Indian Trails.
First Floor: You will love the neutral colors from the flooring to the walls of this home.
When you step into the entryway, you have parquet flooring which is a great choice for high traffic areas. To your left is a formal living room. Remember that furniture you wanted an excuse to buy - but didn’t - because there’s nothing wrong with what you already have? Well now you have room to fill... You’re welcome😊.
Straight ahead, you’ll pass the half bath before entering into your daily table area that is open to both the family room and kitchen. In the family room, you have a gas fireplace for those chilly winter evenings while you grab a book or binge watch a Netflix series. [If you haven't watched Stranger Things, watch it next. Those kids are awesome.]
The galley kitchen connects you to the formal dining room as well. I love the window over the kitchen sink; if you can’t get everyone inside from the back yard, let your pie cool or put some freshly baked cookies in the window while it's cracked open and that should do the trick!
Second Floor: Upstairs you have three large bedrooms PLUS your owner's suite. I think you will love the size of all the bedrooms because in many newer built homes, large bedrooms seem to be a thing of the past. I think that is a trend they should bring back because a large bedroom sure seems to make keeping your room clean much easier.
The owner's suite is extra spacious. There is enough room to make a quite reading nook if you need your own escape. The attached bathroom has a stand alone shower and a separate soaking tub. The vanity will come in quite handy for getting ready in the morning and the master closet is connected here. It just makes so much sense to have your clothes right there when you get out of the shower!
Basement: The finished basement is really functional and will give you tons of extra space for your extra stuff. There is a large storage closet at the bottom of the steps and to the right of it is a large room that would work really nicely has an office. Keep heading around the corner and you will find a large multi-functional area. There is also a crawl space for storage and the best smelling laundry room I have ever been in!
Exterior: Through the back doors located off of the eat-in kitchen, you will love the HUGE backyard. This yard has a privacy fence and patio. Summer is coming so get the patio furniture out and grilled fired up! Even with the patio you have plenty of space left out here for anything you might want to do.
