$274,900 | 4 Bed | 3½ Bath | 2,555 SqFt | MLS#215029344

Why We Love It

1. Studio Apartment? This full basement is AMAZING! Here you have a nearly $40,000 professionally finished basement complete with a FULL kitchen and a FULL bathroom!!!! Lots of living space down here as well. This would be a great mother in law suite, entertaining area, or extra apartment-like space!

2. Floor Plan. I say it all the time; this is my favorite floor plan. I see lots of homes and I actually set out to buy this same model for my family... so I speak from experience here! This house makes a great home with lots of living space, but no wasted space!

3. Neighborhood. Creekside has been a Grove City favorite for years now. The homes are beautiful with large lots and mature trees that make this neighborhood perfect for bike rides or evening strolls. Very easy access to Stringtown Rd, the freeway, and the new hospital. Perfect location!

What You Need To Know

5 Finished Levels!!! 4 Great Bedrooms - 3 Full Baths - 2 Kitchen Areas... and a partridge in a pear tree. Go ahead... sing it. We'll wait.

Exterior Front: This beautiful M/I 5-Level Split has many upgrades and the overall curb appeal of this home is beautiful. From the brick facade with black shutters to the raised beds of the mature landscape, I love the way this home looks! These Sellers made a great choice in adding the 3rd car garage because this additional space is perfect to store the boat, that corvette you have always wanted, add a workshop, or fill it with bikes. With the additional garage, comes extra driveway space. Finally space to put up that basketball hoop and have a 3 on 3 tournament! The front porch is a perfect front row seat for that tournament! Or a perfect space to relax with a book or keep an eye on the neighborhood kids as they ride bikes with their friends. Lets go inside!

Entry Level: As you enter the home, you are greeted by ceramic tile hall. To the left is a large dining room with crown molding and chair rail; it is large enough for that extra leaf in your table. The dining room flows into the kitchen. I LOVE THIS GRANITE! The color of the counter tops really accent the stainless steel sink; this granite was just beautiful choice! The breakfast bar adds TONS of additional counter space and is a perfect spot to add those great bar stools you saw at Pottery Barn. The kitchen also has white upgraded cabinets and a tile back splash. The space opens up nicely to the great room that is centered on the gas fireplace. The ceilings go on forever! The huge windows invite lots of natural lighting. This room makes you feel alive! The way the loft overlooks this room, makes it feel even larger. On this floor you will also find the back door that leads to the two tiered deck and plenty of yard, laundry room, and half bath.

Master Level: One of my favorite things about this floor plan is that the master is on its own level. You truly feel like the master of your domain. You are far enough away from others to have your own space, yet close enough to get to them quickly if they wake in the middle of the night. The master has enough space to contain your king size bed and dressers while the vaulted ceilings and plant ledge make the room feel spacious and open. Off the master bedroom, is your master bath. Relax in your soaking tub in the evenings! There is also a separate shower and the dual vanities make getting ready in the morning a breeze. The space also boasts a walk in closet.

Upper Level: Up here you will find that all three bedrooms have ceiling fans with overhead lighting. Yet another great addition these sellers choose (I could not live without a ceiling fan over the bed!). All three bedrooms are nicely sized. This level also has a full bath and an open loft. This is a perfect spot for an office, common area, or homework nook. From here, you can overlook the great room and realize how large this house really is, and how they made such great use of the space.

Lower Level: Now lets go down stairs where we find yet another versatile space. Down a few steps from the entry level, you will find an open level with a couple full size windows. I have seen this space used for a pool table, game room, man cave, play room etc.! It is large enough for a sectional and/or projector. The options are endless.

Lowest Level: This is the best part of the house! In most models like this, the sellers stick with the standard partial basement with a crawl space. Not these sellers; they paid the extra money for a full basement, and why they were at it, they had it plumbed for a full bath. Upon completion of the home, they had this space professionally finished and added a full bathroom with a stand up shower and... wait for it... a FULL kitchen! That's right, a fridge, stove, sink and plenty of counter space. I cannot imagine the amazing Ohio State parties you could have in this house! There is plenty of living area down here as well and it feels like its own studio apartment. Theses sellers paid $40,000 to have this space done!
