Hoover Park | Sold

4 Bed | 2½ Bath | 2,004 SqFt

Why We Love It

1. Pool. Nothing says summer fun like a swimming pool... especially when it's your swimming pool. Say goodbye to racking your brain to find something fun to do on the weekends or fighting the crowds at a public pool. Say hello to walking out your back door and simply relaxing for the rest of the day. Plus, the pool here is heated and I can attest that it is usable from April through November [yes, I said November], so your Buckeye parties are sure to be the best Buckeye parties.

2. 3 Car Garage. Having a three car garage is a game changer. Even if you don't have three vehicles to park there, you'll be blown away by the ease at which you can park two cars... and store the bicycles, get the mower out, stow athletic equipment, and create a workbench. If you have one already, then you know exactly what I'm talking about. And keep in mind, with that beautiful pool out back, your friends are going to appreciate all of your addition parking spaces.

3. Neighborhood. I love Hoover Park, that's why I call it home! This home is situated on a premium lot and has a large fenced yard (still plenty of lawn behind and next to the pool) with the bike path and pond close by. An Amish farmers market is across the street from the pond. You're a short bike ride to Murfin Fields or downtown Grove City.

What You Need To Know

This is a great home, in a great neighborhood, with 4 bedrooms, a 3 car garage, and an in-ground pool.

And the best part is, you will get to be my neighbor :-)

First Level: Inside, you are greeted by a high-end laminate floor that carries throughout the first level and continues in the upstairs hallway. I love the wide plank, hand-scraped look of these rustic floors and they look great set against the crisp white trim and six paneled doors with oil rubbed bronze knobs. The painting is neutral and the colors all compliment each other and the space.

From the foyer, the formal dining room is to your right. The chair rail and updated chandelier give the room a rich feel.

The flow leads you into the kitchen. I really like the cabinet arrangements, they fill two full walls to give you plenty of storage space. The dark brown color of the cabinets is great compliment to the floors and goes perfectly with the tiled back splash, stainless steel appliances, and counter tops. The island has seating space for stools and two large cabinets and drawers.

The informal eating space is between the kitchen and living area. This is where you have a sliding glass door that walks out to your backyard oasis!

The living room has a large bump out the expands the room... an extra few feet that you will appreciate very much. The gas fireplace is centered on one wall allowing many options for furniture and TV arrangements.

The large laundry and powder room also reside on this level.

Second Level: I am in love with the steps; they are capped, painted white, and stained. I've seen this on Pinterest many times but I haven’t been brave enough to pull the trigger at my house yet. That may soon be changing.

There are 4 bedrooms up here, all with plush carpeting.

Your owner's suite is large and has a very calming tone. The walk in closet is in the bathroom, which makes getting dressed in the mornings much easier, and the soaking tub is a great place to relax in the evenings.

One of the spare bedrooms has a cool little nook that is perfect for a desk or a couple of beanbag chairs.

Backyard: It feels like a private oasis out back. You walk out to a large patio that is surrounded by low maintenance landscaping with river rock as the accent (nobody wants mulch in or around a pool). This space is perfect for the people who do not want to get splashed, but is close enough to keep an eye on the little ones. There is space for your grill, dining area, and conversation area.

It then leads to your large in-ground pool with a safety fence around it. The only question here is whether to wade in or cannonball. The pool is 5 ft on one end and 3.5 ft on the other.

You have plenty of space behind the pool for Fido to run, or Cornhole, or maybe newer games that are tons of fun... Kan Jam or Spike Ball!

So many memories are waiting to be made out here!
