Why We Love It

1. Great Room. This large great room spans the entire depth of the home, has vaulted ceilings, windows looking to the front and back yards, and is open to the kitchen. Bring in an extra large sectional and use it as one big living room or break the space up into two zones with a sitting area, office, or play space. We've seen this floor plan used many different ways and each had its own character.

2. Finished Basement. It's easier to keep that beautiful great room clean when you can hang out in a finished basement. One side is set up as another living area so you can sink into your favorite recliner as you enter your comfort zone... or grab a seat at your all granite bar on the other side of the room if you'd prefer a little Southern Comfort. It doesn't matter if you're entertaining friends or just clearing out the DVR, this basement will be perfect.

3. Big Backyard. A large deck overlooks an even larger, fenced-in, yard. Whether you're flipping burgers on the grill while a game of kickball is going on behind you or you're relaxing on a chaise as the dogs get some exercise, you're going to love having a big backyard and not having to stare at another house right behind yours.

What You Need To Know

Located in Woods at Jefferson, this is your opportunity to get into a neighborhood that reaches into the $200,000's at an amazing price.

First Floor: When you step into the home you enter the great room. It's a large room that feels even larger thanks to the vaulted ceilings and the windows on each side. You can actually see all the way out to the backyard as soon as you step in the front door... now that's what I call an open floor plan.

Around the corner, you'll find a kitchen with a bay window creating room for your table. This kitchen has an efficient layout, newer flooring, and a gas range.

Your first-floor powder room and laundry are located off the backend of the kitchen, as well as entry from the garage and down to the basement.

Second Floor: Head up the stairs and you'll find your owner's suite on the left. A nice ceiling fan, double closet, and your private bathroom highlight this retreat.

Two more bedrooms sit across the hall (each had ceiling fans added) as well as the home's second full bathroom.

Basement: Your finished basement adds nearly 500 square feet to your living space plus room for storage. These homeowners have found room for another TV and couch, bar, exercise equipment (also known as a clothing rack in my home), and enough leftover space to keep all the stuff that seems to accumulate over the years.

Backyard: A large deck awaits you out back. As you can see, you can fit your patio table, additional seating, and our grill here with room to spare. I'm sure you come to appreciate all the space on the deck because with a backyard this large, you'll probably spend a lot of time out here.
