Why We Love It

1. Updates. This home has gone undergone quite a face lift. Nowadays, most buyers seem to rather have the updates done vs doing the updating themselves... and I don’t blame them because people are busier than ever! Here we have a house that has been fully redone; from the floors and walls to the bathrooms and kitchen... it's all done. You're going to love the kitchen in this home too... granite counters blend nicely with the blue-gray toned back splash and stainless steel appliances.

2. Sweet Tea Porch. We've heard of a lemonade porch but I'm more of a sweet tea girl... so I say to grab a freshly brewed glass of sweet tea and sit on your favorite Cracker Barrel rocker/porch swing under your covered front porch. The large tree out front will provides some shade and produces a soothing sound when there is a nice breeze. I heard Nicholas Sparks just came out with a new book so download it on your Kindle and spend some time relaxing front porch. The home sits near the end of  a dead end street so there won't be much traffic to bother you.

3. Flexibility. I have always been a huge fan of split level homes, so it was an easy choice when I had to choose one of the three reasons why I love this one. There is a ton of usable square footage wrapped up in these 1,260 sq ft [if that makes sense?!?]. The living room can fit a huge sectional, the dining room can hold a large table, and there is plenty of space in the kitchen. Then head down stairs where these folks made great use of the space and turned it into their master bedroom! You can do the same or make it another family room or rec room.

What You Need To Know

Tucked away at the end of a dead end street, the curb appeal of this home is lovely and the price point is even lovelier. It is conveniently located within walking distance to schools, The Big Splash, and Dairy Queen 🍦🍨🍦 You are just a quick bike ride to downtown Grove City.

Entry Level: Step inside and you will love the neutral color palette. The dark high end laminate floors look like hardwood but with more durability; they span the first floor. The living room is spacious with a large picture window.

This area opens to the combined dining and kitchen. As you can see, this space can hold your large furniture pieces. I love the open kitchen with granite counters, beautiful back splash, and stainless steel appliances.

Lower Level: Down a few stairs, is another versatile space. These homeowners made a huge master bedroom down here. I think it's a great idea if you need that fourth bedroom or have a huge bedroom suit. This room could easily serve as a rec room or another media area.

There is a large room off that area that houses the washer and dryer and a separate closet. There is enough space here for an office, folding table, or you could bump out the half bath on the other side of the wall to add a tub or shower.

However you use these spaces, these are good problems to have. In a nutshell you have a large area, a half bath, laundry room with an additional space for whatever you you need!

Second Level: Upstairs and to your right is a full bathroom. It has been updated with a cute vanity and mirror. There is ceramic flooring and the tub has been completely redone. The large linen closet is sure to come in handy, and so is the laundry chute [depending on who is using it... if it were my son, you'd just find army men trying to parachute down it]. Hopefully you will just find towels at the end of yours.

The three bedrooms upstairs are all a nice size, so if drawing straws is necessary, nobody really will get the short end of the stick.

Basement: The basement is large and could definitely be finished if you need more space.

Backyard: Out back is a large fenced yard with a covered back patio. The one car detached garage is over-sized so there is plenty of room for a work bench and various projects.
