Why We Love It
1. Amazing Custom Features. If you haven't already peaked at the photos, you have more restraint than any other buyers we know... and you're in for a treat. Our homeowners have knack for adding unique touches to a home that make people stop and stare. Your first example of their handiwork comes in the front room where you can't help but admire the beautiful, custom-built rolling barn door. Sure it serves a functional purpose by closing off the dining and living space from each other... but who cares? I just like looking at it. Next up is something so different from what we see in these brand new Pinnacle homes that I just stood in awe the first time I saw it. The entry into the den/family room/flex space off the kitchen has been custom fitted with solid walnut columns and poplar trim that was salvaged from a historic home in Olde Town East about 20 years ago. From there, they're journey took them to an architecture firm where they were a temporary focal point and then into storage for about 15 years... awaiting their next home. Who could have guessed that next home would be in the relatively new neighborhood of Pinnacle Landings? Lucky for you... our homeowners did.
2. Optional Room to Grow. This home has just the right amount of square footage for someone looking for a home that doesn't require a full day to clean... but still has a huge full basement that can be finished if your plans change some day. As you can see, the basement serves as a woodshop for our clients... and they have plenty of room even with all the equipment. You can transition this level into a full on rec room or just another large living space.
3. Location. The Pinnacle neighborhoods are known for their quick access to the freeway, shopping, dining, movies... you name it. Need to squeeze in a quick 9? The teebox for Pinnacle Golf Club's signature 9th hole is steps away. Tired of fighting for parking at the YMCA? Jog over to the Community Center for Pinnacle residents and do some cardio, play some tennis, or just work on your tan next to the pool instead.
What You Need To Know
What we've learned over the years when it comes to understanding which homes generate the most interest, is that some Sellers just have "it". Tons of homes have a good feature here and a good value there but it's not often that the entire package combines to create the "I have to have it" feeling. These Sellers have that knack. The home is clean, well maintained, and has an interior feel that separates it from anything else around it. It's an Olde Town feel with new build reliability.
Stepping in from the front porch, you enter a room with vaulted ceilings, wrought iron balusters, an open loft, and that beautiful barn door. The room is large enough to be your everyday family room or media center but nice enough to be the room where nobody is allowed to sit on the furniture. You have the choice on how to use it because you've got another room in the back that can be your day to day hub as well.
When you're done playing with the sliding barn door, you can step into the formal dining room. The white crown molding set against the stylish grey walls creates so much interest that addition decorations weren't even needed.
You can get to the kitchen via the dining room or the living room. Classic hardwood floors blend nicely with the large island and 42" cabinetry. There is room for seating at the island if you don't want to have an actual kitchen table... but the space will fit both. Stainless steel appliances and stylish lighting complete the space.
The amazing columns and trim take you into a back room that could serve any number of functions. Will the fireplace create a warm glow for your den? Will you place the "big TV" here so you can enjoy the view of your backyard while you binge on Netflix? Or will this be the room where your tiny housemates strategically place Legos for you to step on?
The half bath, laundry room, and garage entry are adjacent to this area.
At the top of the open baluster stairs is the loft we mentioned earlier. It's a great zone for a chaise reading area, your personal office, or it could become a 4th bedroom with some 2x4s and drywall.
Past the other 2 guest bedrooms and full bathroom is your owner's suite. You have vaulted ceilings, natural light, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool at night. Your private bathroom has a very nice double vanity, a jetted tub, separate shower, and large walk-in closet with it's own source of natural light.
The full basement is currently unfinished but is still very usable. It's been home to a busy workshop for our clients and can fll whatever need you have for it.
The backyard is already fenced in so you can let Fido out without having to stand guard over him and a concrete patio awaits your al fresco dining evenings.
This home blends the amenities of living in a golf course community with the advantage of knowing that your home isn't like everyone else's.
