Why We Love It

1. Raised Ranch. Listed with the auditor as a bi-level home, this is not your traditional split level. We refer to this style as a raised ranch because, unlike a typical bi-level, you don't make a decision to go up or down when you step inside; you walk right into the main level. The style gets its "raised" or "split" distinction because the garage is located below the living area. With all of the living space on the main level, you can live here like it is a 1-story home and just use the lower level like a finished basement.

2. Character. This house seems to have a unique personality all its own.
