Why We Love It

What You Need To Know
The first thing you need to know is that this isn't actually a barn. The architectural style of the home's exterior resembles the shape of a barn. Yes, I know this seems like a rather obvious thing to point out... but you never can be too sure. That said, if you're lucky enough to become the next owner of this home, you'll have a snappy comeback the next time someone asks you if you were "born in a barn". Now if that's not enough to convince you to submit your offer, then here are a few more details:
First Floor: To the left of the beautiful volute staircase is the living room. Hardwood floors and a large brick fireplace immediately set the tone for the rest of the home. The space is big enough to handle the large couches of these owners without feeling crowded and makes for a great sitting area.
The room opens into the kitchen we detailed earlier. There are lots of upgrades in this space and there should be plenty of elbow room around your kitchen table. Basement: This level is probably the biggest difference maker of the home. It's a large, open room that can accommodate many different uses and furniture arrangements. Your decision on how to use this space will give you options on how to use the other living areas of the first floor. The other half of the basement houses the utilities and provides more storage.
Outside: The sliding glass doors of the kitchen lead out to the private patio area. We love how intimate this space is and it's actually pretty large. It leads to the other fenced area of the yard off to the side where you can enjoy your s'mores and then go work off the sugar rush with some play time on the swing set.
