Why We Love It
1. 3 Car Garage. At this price point and in this zip code, you won’t find many 3 car garages. In fact, over the past year, the average sales price for a home with a 3 car garage in this area is over $395,000. If you have bicycles, sports equipment, a boat, or need a workshop... a 3rd bay isn't a luxury, it's a necessity. A great feature of this 3rd bay is that it's extra long, extra tall, and has a garage door on the back wall to make it perfect for you boat lovers. Or you can open it up to the backyard to create a covered patio area.
2. Backyard. I know, I know... it’s winter and it’s cold, but just picture yourself sitting on this huge patio enjoying the beautiful backyard. I hate to tell you this but the bedroom next to this is actually larger than your master. It. Is. Huge. The other two bedrooms sit at the other end of the hall and all three of them share the central bathroom that got new tile floors a couple years ago.
When it's nice outside, you can open a few windows and hit the switch for the attic fan while you're up here. You'll be amazed how comfortable it keeps the house.
Basement: The full basement is huge. Half of it is currently be used as an office space and the other half is being used for storage and laundry. As you can see, neither half is lacking for space.
Garage: As we mentioned earlier. this 3 car garage is a HUGE benefit in this price range. I'm sure we'll have some Buyers who look at the home for this one feature alone.
