Why We Love It

1. Like New.  Rarely do we find homes that are "Like New" but aren't! The lucky thing for you is, you won't have to pay the "New Build" houses on the "Like New" House. If I was a betting girl, I would put my money on the fact that you will most likely leave most if not all of the paint colors. The color palette is neutral grays, blending with accent walls here and there to create a soothing, yet contemporary, sophistication throughout the home.

2.  Owner's Suite.  Pamper yourself in this dramatic and stylish Owner's Suite. Your private chambers have long served as a place to chill and relax after a stressful day, but these days the master suite has evolved into something much more. In fact, this particular home can even serve as a spa and your own personal dressing room! This room may be your favorite room in the house.

3.  Living Areas.  The main areas where you'll spend most of your time are all fabulous. Whether it be the huge great room, the amazing kitchen with an island and a “Command Center”, your beautiful owner's suite, or that large patio for al fresco dining... you will love every area that you “live” in.

What You Need To Know

Decorating must be in this family's blood; we recently shot for one of their relatives and their decorating was spot on as well. I wonder if they are for hire :-) because it is fun to shoot, write about, and sell pretty homes. I always pick up some decorating pointers as well!

You could literally print these pictures off and use them in a magazine; this house is so pictures perfect! HGTV, Better Homes and Gardens, and all of those companies bank on wow factor. This home is so loaded with wow factor that you could call it a wow factory. So where do I begin? I guess at the beginning...

The exterior of this home has brick accents with vinyl siding and the black shutters add a very stylish touch. The yard and lawn beds are manicured nicely and there is a covered porch as you stand at the entrance.  I really love the black door and the side lights.

As you step in, you enter into a two story foyer wit a trendy and paint palette, and beautiful high-end laminate floors that continue throughout the first floor. The hallway leads you past a powder room with a cute pedestal sink and hall closet  (peek inside, there is a secret door for storage under the steps... genius!).

I wish I could see the look on your face, when you first arrive at the great room and kitchen space. It is simply beautiful. Lucky for you, the Sellers are really sweet and I'm sure they will tell where they bought all this decor. Plus, you have these photos as a blueprint and for inspiration.

This great room is the perfect place to put your statement furniture piece. The ceiling fan with overhead lighting is a welcome and practical addition to the home, as are the gorgeous floors that continue here.

The dining area is centered around a cool light fixture that has to be from IKEA. I know the rug isn’t part of the sale, but it sure does add a great contrast, so I had to mention it! Sliding glass doors located here lead you to the tree-lined backyard.

A half wall breaks up the living area and kitchen... and serves a practical purpose of hiding the kitchen clutter from the rest of the home. This kitchen is amazing! on par with the rest of the house, it's full of upgrades and has tons of space. The island is in the center of the room and has a beadboard finish that adds great texture to the area. All the cabinets and drawers have had hardware added to them and if you've done that before, you know how expensive it can get. The pantry is tucked away in the corner and next to it is a great desk space (aka your “Command Center”). This area is situated just off the garage so it will most likely be the place where shoes get kicked off and your mail is sorted. What a nice thought... drawers, a desk, and cabinet space so you can stay completely organized. The laundry is also found on this level.

Second Floor:  All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and overhead lighting and the carpet is plush and in great shape. The two guest bedrooms are generous in size with great closet space

At the top of the stairs is where you will find your Owner's Suite. It is quite a space; large in size and it has double arches lead you to the master bathroom with his/her closets. I have been in $500,000 homes that don’t have master bathrooms this big. Each closet is huge, and across from the closets is the large soaking tub while the shower and toilet are enclosed separately. Instead of a dual vanity, the builder opted for a vanity, with a drawer, which is the perfect spot to get ready in the morning.

Exterior. The backyard has a huge concrete patio, perfect for outdoor entertaining. You won’t have to worry about neighbors behind you because this lot backs to a beautiful treeline!

This truly is a beautiful home, and it could be all yours!
