Angie Wemlinger leads with quiet confidence, steady instincts, and an eye for what really matters. A trusted advocate and longtime educator, she has a natural gift for helping people feel calm, informed, and in control — especially in moments that don’t always feel that way.
Angie began her real estate career in 2004, learning the business from her mom, local real estate legend Connie Parrett. But a few years in, she felt called to the classroom, where she has spent over a decade inspiring young artists as an elementary school art teacher. To this day, she still lights up when talking about “her kids” and the joy of watching their creativity unfold.
She eventually felt the pull back into real estate, so now, she balances both roles with care, serving clients with the same thoughtful energy and grounded presence that also makes her a favorite teacher. It’s a rare combination of experience, heart, and perspective that clients feel from their very first conversation.
A lifelong Grove City resident, Angie’s roots here run deep. She’s a founding partner of The Parrett Group, the daughter of a second-generation Realtor, and someone who never takes trust for granted. Titles aside, Angie defines her value in simpler terms: integrity, follow-through, and never letting a client feel lost in the process.
She and her husband, Billy (yep, that Billy), are raising their two daughters just a few miles from where she grew up. Their home is often filled with crafts, chaos, school projects, and the occasional dinner-time market debrief. And while Angie’s never been one to seek the spotlight, she’s the kind of person you want in your corner — thoughtful, sharp, and fiercely dependable.
