While our competition focuses on selling as many homes as they can, we focus on selling homes for as much as we can.

Because a few years ago, we asked ourselves a question...

A Story about Jack and Kristen


Jack and Kristen live in similar homes in the same neighborhood. They both decide to sell their homes and they interview local Realtors.

Jack believes (as most people do) that all Realtors are pretty much the same, so he decides that he will save money and list his home with the agent advertising the lowest commission.

Kristen believes (as some people do) that some Realtors might do things differently, so she decides to list her home with an agent whose marketing has caught her attention more than once.

They both sell their homes and everyone is happy.

Jack is happy because he saved $4,000 in commissions.

Kristen is happy because she sold her home for $9,000 more than Jack... for an additional profit of $5,000.
