Corry Stotts brings more than 30 years of experience in sales and new construction to The Parrett Group—but what really sets him apart is how easy he makes things feel. Clients trust him because he’s clear, steady, and always looking out for their best interests.
Whether he’s helping you navigate your first home purchase or selling the place you’ve lived for decades, Corry approaches every relationship with honesty, patience, and a genuine desire to guide, not pressure. He’s become the go-to advisor for many families, thanks to his reputation for listening well, staying calm under pressure, and solving problems before they become issues.
Clients describe Corry as steady, thoughtful, and easy to trust. Many come back to him for future moves—or refer their friends—because of how comfortable and confident they felt throughout the process.
A lifelong Grove City resident and proud Grove City High School graduate, Corry knows the neighborhoods inside and out. He and his wife Pam live in Briarwood Hills with their two sons, Carson and Evan, and their dog Boomer. You’ll often find him coaching baseball, finding a new restaurant, or hanging with friends at the annual Alumni Softball Tournament. He’s also a loyal fan of the Buckeyes, Blue Jackets, and Reds—and an active member of Bethel Lutheran Church.
Corry doesn’t need to be flashy to be effective. He just shows up, does the work, and helps people feel at ease in one of life’s biggest transitions.
