Dave Roasa has strong interest in real estate investing and has spent hundreds of hours in education and completing home renovations. This allows him to know and understand the building process very well. Much of Dave's 30 year career was spent working IT sales, helping clients to reach creative solutions based on the client's needs and prices. This experience and skill set directly transferred to the real estate market to help him solve client's needs and challenges.
Dave and his wife, Jan have three children and 4 grandchildren. He enjoys bicycling and boating. He and his wife have ridden in the Pelotonia to raise awareness and funds for life-saving cancer research at the James Cancer Hospital.
Throughout his time in Grove City, Dave has been very involved in the community. He is a very active member of the Grove City Rotary Club holding many leadership positions, being selected as the Rotarian of the year and Paul Harris Fellow. Dave has also served on the GCKA board, was the GCKA football commissioner and has coached several sports teams. He has been president of the Grove City High School Athletic Association and a member of the Grove City Park Board, which he served as president for four years.
