Why We Love It
1. Finished Basement
The allure of living in a ranch is not having to climb any steps to get to the bedrooms. The downside is that sometimes you just need a little space! That's why I've always thought it was so important to have a finished basement in a one-story home. Need a little quiet time? Head to the basement. Need a little quiet time? Send your significant other to the basement. Need a little quiet time? Send the kids/grandkids to the basement. See how easy that was?

It's not every day the most desirable floor plan comes on the market... especially with almost half an acre in one of Grove City’s favorite neighborhoods, Quail Creek. I love how this neighborhood provides easy access to your most needed amenities... Mount Carmel Hospital, Kroger, Chipotle, CVS, and I-71 are all within 4 minutes away. It also feeds to Buckeye Woods Elementary, Jackson Middle School, and Grove City High School.
Situated on a corner lot that is nearly half an acre, you will love the extra space and only having (wonderful) neighbors on one side. When you pull in, be sure to notice the newer concrete driveway that was poured a couple of years ago and the new roof that was replaced in 2018.
First Floor
