The Active Home

Ask Us a Question

This Hayden's Crossing home for just above list price after 7 days on the market.

Why We Love It

Loft

I love this spot. With the amount of natural light that comes in thru the windows and the large size and flexibility of the space, I feel like it’s just a cheerful place to be. This could be your second TV area (apparently some people don't like watching every single show on Bravo?!), a playroom (so all of the toys can be out of sight), or bring in the beanbag sofa to make a great reading nook (soooo comfy). There are lots of possibilities here.

Low Maintenance

Pride of ownership doesn't have to mean slaving away every weekend cutting the grass, raking leaves, or shoveling snow... because let's face it, life is getting busier, not lazier. So maybe you should own a place where you can let someone else do all of that for you; like here. You can still have that manicured yard because luckily that is taken care of for you here.

Amenities

Now that we just freed up a bunch of time for you, treat yourself! Enjoy a nice walk around the neighborhood, play some sand volleyball, or get in a workout.... all without leaving the neighborhood And nothing sounds better in the summer months than getting some sun at the community pool!

What You Need To Know

Located in the popular neighborhood of Hayden’s Crossing, this 5-year-old free-standing condo is welcoming the moment you walk up the sidewalk and onto the large front porch. It is the perfect spot for a glass of lemonade while you chat with the neighbors.

First Floor

Neutral paint and flooring greet you the moment you step through the door and into the foyer.

To your left, you will find glass French doors that provide privacy to the office without making you feel closed off.

Around the corner from the den are the powder room and the first-floor laundry room.

The hallway then opens up into the hub of the home... the large living room and eat-in kitchen.

The living room can handle multiple furniture layouts, as you can see with the current owners' very large sectional.

The eat-in kitchen is open to the living room but has a raised breakfast bar to hide any dirty dishes you might have in the sink (friends only stop by when you haven't done the dishes). Dark stain on the cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances keep this kitchen up to date and easy to match with any style of decor.

Second Floor

Upstairs you will find the large owner's suite with corner windows that give you options on where to place your king size bed and other furniture. Your private bath is spacious with a double vanity, stand-alone shower, and a walk-in closet that does not disappoint.

Just outside of your owner's suite is one of my favorite areas in the home, the loft. This space is quite sizeable and the natural light that floods the area from the two large windows enhances the size.

Adjacent to the loft, you will find another full bathroom and the two spare bedrooms; both of which have great light and plenty of closet space.

Exterior

Out back you will find a concrete patio and small grassy area; perfect for a grill, patio table, and some cornhole boards.

Don't forget the two-car garage back here is as well.

Community

Spend your evenings and weekends taking advantage of the amenities this community has to offer.

You can work up a good sweat in the workout facility, then talk some trash to your friends over a game of sand volleyball, and finally cool off with a dip in the pool.

You can even make up for your trash talking by buying a round at The Goat, which is conveniently located right across Hayden Run Blvd.
