Our History with Video

Not every home needs video, but when there is a certain feature, characteristic, or "feeling" that we need to convey in order to find the perfect buyer, we have the experience to help you pull it off.

We first began hiring professionals to shoot videos of our listings back in 2010. At that time, the percentage of Realtors using professional video was probably in the low single digits.

Our early adoption of the technology allows us to know when a home needs video... and what type of video it needs. Hint: the answer is never photo slideshows.
