Why We Love It

Your Spa

Oh. My. Goodness... you are going to LOVE this master bath. Imagine coming home from work, everyone is complaining and hungry, plus you have a to-do list that is a mile long. What's a gal to do? My suggestion: Pour yourself a cup of warm tea, lock yourself in this bathroom, fill up the jacuzzi tub, turn on the fireplace, grab the remote, and catch up on the shows that have been piling on the DVR. [I give the best advice... I know] The other spa-like features in the bathroom include a 6- head custom walk-in shower with marble tile and high-pressure low volume, porcelain tile on the floor, a suspended vanity with vessel sinks, and the cherry on top is the heated towel rack!

Curb Appeal

If you are familiar with Creekside, there is a really good chance that you have awed over this home! This is no cookie cutter! It has full stucco all the way around, a side load garage and perfectly manicured landscaping. The grass is always greener here because it has an added irrigation system.

Kitchen

If you love to cook, you will love this kitchen! If you like to order takeout from UberEats, you will love this kitchen! The homeowners made great updates here: granite countertops, 42" cabinets, hardwood floors, tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. There is even a pot-filler above the Jenn Air gas range. Plus you won't feel cramped when all of your guests gather here because one of the many bump-outs added during the building process was in here.

What You Need To Know

Creekside is viewed by many as one of Grove City’s best neighborhoods! This active community has friendly neighbors and is a wonderful place to call home.

This one owner home was thoughtfully built with options that make sense. You know, the things you can’t change later... high ceilings, bump outs, transom windows, additional excavated space in the basement.

First Floor

When you walk in this French-inspired home, you are greeted by ¾" solid oak floors and 4½" baseboards that give the home a richer feel. The black doors with white trim add to the style of the space.

To your right, a den is tucked away behind double doors that muffle the noise outside and hide the clutter inside.

To your left is a spacious dining room with tall ceilings, chair rail, and crown molding. The custom floor inlay gives this dining room added personality.

The dining room has direct access to the kitchen... and this is the type of kitchen that takes the chore out of cooking! The Jenn Air gas range and vent hood even has a pot filler to make pasta night a breeze. The 42" cabinets look great and provide additional storage and the two-foot bump-out gives you just the right amount of room for a larger kitchen table.

Speaking of bump-outs, the one in the two-story great room is four feet. This extra space really makes such a huge difference to both the space and architecture of the home. Your open living space is centered around a fireplace with transom windows all around it. I love the way that looks.

Don’t miss the three niches above the kitchen wall that allow you to add your own touches to the space.

Down the hall is a really clever half bath. Be sure to check out the custom vanity and bowl.

Next up is the laundry room and another great custom cut out with a pallet wall next to the owner's suite.

Your private retreat is generous in size. I went on and on about the master spa above but I think I forgot to mention that there is a large walk-in closet in as well. It has an organization system ready for your wardrobe.

Second Floor

Upstairs you will find three more bedrooms, all with ample closet space.

One of the bedrooms was originally a bonus room, but the homeowners added a closet in the space to convert it to the fourth bedroom. There could be an argument about who gets this room... I am sorry! If you need more advice on how to resolve that one, call me! I have tons of ideas.

Backyard

Out back there is a great patio with landscaping all around. The yard is lovely and not too large to maintain.

It should also be noted that the roof has been replaced.

This home is ready for its next owners. Whoever buys this home will inherit a home that is full of love!
