This 660 sq ft commercial kitchen is designed for established operators such as caterers, ghost kitchens, or food producers in need of a professional, code-compliant space. The location is tucked at the rear of a Broadway building with convenient access to the free city parking lot. Please note: this is a production kitchen only, with no dining or retail permitted.
The kitchen includes a 12-foot commercial hood with Ansul system, three-compartment sink, vegetable wash sink, hand sink, grease trap, restroom, mop sink, and 200 amp electric service. Two HVAC units provide a total of 7 tons of heating and cooling capacity, and gas connections are in place for appliances under the hood. Tenants provide their own appliances but will benefit from existing hookups, previously installed dishwasher connections, and a hot water system.
Lease terms are $3,000/month on a five-year lease. Utilities covered by the landlord include water/sewer, trash, internet, and pest control; tenant covers gas, electric, and routine kitchen service obligations (hood cleaning, Ansul/fire suppression servicing, grease disposal, etc.). A security deposit and financial verification are required.
