I don’t know about you, but I don't have a green thumb. I have tried... but I just can't get that luscious garden space I dream of. When I bought my home, it didn’t have existing landscaping like this! The weeping cherry trees were in full bloom the first time I pulled up to the house and boy, were they beautiful! Spring blooms in these flower beds looked like they could be in a magazine and the backyard has several beds that are perfectly manicured. So, whoever buys this home will inherit this labor of love and make people like me so jealous!

What You Need To Know
This neighborhood has been a hot one as homes don’t tend to stay on the market very long here. So if you have lost out on a previous home in the neighborhood, maybe it was for a reason... because this one has been taken care of with love, inside and out!
I may be biased, but I didn't think I saw another home with better curb appeal in the whole neighborhood. The large side yard with the weeping cherry trees, the lovely landscaping, and the inviting front porch all combined make this home the best on the block.
Entry Level
When you enter the home, the large living room is on the left. There is enough space here to allow for various furniture arrangments. The back half of the room even has space for a dining table or office area.
The large eat-in kitchen is to the right. The stainless steel appliances are basically brand new and I think the lighting fixtures in here are really cool. The half bath is tucked away back here as well.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The owner's suite has a private bathroom and a double closet.
The full bathroom is tucked at the top of the steps, and includes a nice area that has a linen closet and a functional space for storage.
Lower Level
A large portion of the basement is finished. This adds a nice option for those who wish to have another living area, media room, or office. The laundry is down there as well. I said it before and I will say it again... the washer and dryer stays :)
Backyard
There is a sliding glass door in the living room that leads out to the large and fenced backyard. You will be sure to enjoy grilling and relaxing with loved ones in this space. The paver patio is the cherry on top for this beautiful home.
