Summer Fun
Summer is my absolute favorite time of the year and (especially because we're in Ohio) I try to take advantage of every nice day we get. This community is perfect for the folks who want to spend their time outside having fun instead of on house or yard maintenance. The pool just opened and water aerobics classes are held on Tuesday and Thursdays 9-10am. How fun is that!?! There is also a workout facility, so you can work on that bikini-bod all year long. If the gym isn’t your thing, no worries, maybe hit the jogging and walking paths instead. Either way, get out there and take advantage of the weather before old man winter comes back.
So Fresh, So Clean
Freshly painted and professionally cleaned, you can move right into this condo with no worries of prepping it first. Brand new, plush carpet was just laid upstairs and in the finished basement. It even has the fresh carpet smell still!
Location
This is centrally located to everything you could ever want and need! Target, Meijer, Olive Garden, Rooster’s, literally...everything is right there. Go ahead, map it and look at all the points of interest! Need to head Downtown for work or some urban exploring? No worries, the freeway is a hop, skip, and a jump away!
What You Need To Know
I love the covered front porch on this unit. It gives you a dry place to sit when the rain forces you in from the back deck.
First Floor
When you walk in, you find the laminate floors throughout the first floor have been paired with freshly painted walls, a pretty gray color throughout!
Directly to the right is your main level powder room.
Take a few more steps into the home and the kitchen is to your right; the newer appliances look great in this space! There is a wide counter in the kitchen that has room to put bar stools underneath to add more seating. You can even skip out on a dining area if you want to have more space in your living room.
The living room is at the back of the home and it is spacious. I love the sliding glass door that looks out to the deck, allowing tons of light to come in the space!
Second Floor
Brand new plush carpet has been laid up the stairs and on the second floor. It has an upgraded carpet pad, so it feels great under your feet.
Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms with ample closet space with a bathroom in between. The light fixture and towel racks have both been replaced in the bathroom.
Basement
The same plush carpet that is upstairs was laid on the lower level as well.
Down here you'll find a great finished space that is the perfect place for someone who wants an additional living room or rec room.
There is another half bath down here, saving you a few trips up and down the stairs.
You'll also find quite a bit of unfinished space, great for storage and laundry. The washer, dryer, and folding table with convenient cubbies stay with the home (yay!).
The HVAC and hot water tank have both been replaced.
Exterior
The back deck is private and cozy. This is a great space to enjoy the outdoors while you fire up the grill or just relax with a book.
The condo fee pays for all of the mowing, exterior maintenance, trash, and water!
