Why We Love It
3-Season Room
It’s big, it’s beautiful, and it looks out over the big, beautiful backyard. I am a sucker for a room that gives you fresh air and additional living space and that's exactly what this gorgeous room does. This is where you would always find me with a book, watching TV, or napping with the windows open on a rainy day. The coziness that this room offers just invites you in and keeps you there for a while.
Expansive Owner's Suite
The current owners have created a wonderful master retreat. It all begins with your vaulted sleeping quarters that leads to the updated master bath that has an oversized shower with dual shower heads, two benches, and seamless glass doors…. daily meditations would be wonderful in a shower like this. Heated floors warm your feet on those cold Ohio mornings and the conveniently attached laundry room with built-in storage is perfect for grabbing a warm pair of pajamas right out of the dryer before heading to bed at night. The retreat continues around the corner with the large walk-in closet that the owners created in one of the spare bedrooms (easily converted back if the spare bedroom is needed). The closet is smartly laid out with a place for everything, and everything in its place.

Speaking of having a place for everything, and everything in its place… you'll love the storage in this mudroom. With the laundry moved up to the second floor, you now have a large space dedicated for coats, shoes, backpacks and more, right when you walk in from the garage. A large bench and plenty of storage cabinets make organization easy and attractive. There is no need to have dog leashes, umbrellas, keys, and bags strewn all over the house... it’s all in its place in the mudroom.

Second Floor
The second level begins with the wonderfully updated master retreat. With vaulted ceilings, the bedroom is large in size and will accommodate a king-size bed and matching bedroom suite. Walking into the attached master bath, you will appreciate the work that was completed by the current owners... pushing back a wall created space for a true water closet and a wider room, which allows for more space to enjoy the heated floors. The shower was doubled in size and a second shower head was added to give you a good spot to enjoy while sitting on one of the added benches.
Through the back bathroom door is the laundry room that was moved up from the first floor. This large laundry room is equipped to handle all your needs with plenty of floor space, cabinets, and a closet.
Through the next door is the amazing walk-in closet that was added in one of the spare bedrooms. It can easily be converted back, but if a second spare bedroom isn't needed, what a wonderful space they have created!

Basement
Down in the finished lower level, the basement provides an abundance of extra space. There is plenty of room for a large sectional and TV or two for your video games or movie watching. There is even a built-in refrigerator so you don’t have to run upstairs to grab a drink.
Even with the hang out space, there is still space for a work-out area or playroom if needed and around the corner is the perfect spot for your home office.
With all that finished space, you will be surprised with how much storage is available through the door off the office.

Head out from the 3-season room and you'll find the large paver patio and even larger tree-lined backyard. This is a great backyard The outdoor space is truly serene and private in this home.
