Why We Love It
1. The Town Center
Just two blocks from Broadway and Park St, you are going to love living in the middle of the Grove City Town Center. As you step inside, you find a large L-shaped living space that provides you with options:
- If you already have a dining room table, you can create a living room in one area and a dining room in another.
- If you find yourself working from home, create a den in the front section and use the rest of the room as living space.
- Or if you just like lots of furniture options, you can use the entire area as a large living room.
Adjacent to this living area is your kitchen. All of its available space has been used wisely as there is a pantry under the steps, a breakfast nook in the back, and a convenient laundry room as well.
The first floor half bath rounds off this level.
Second Floor
At the top of the switchback stairs, there is a landing with a large window that lets in tons of natural light.
There are three bedrooms up here and two of them are rather large for this time period.
A full bathroom is located off of the hallway.
Exterior
The backyard is great for entertaining!
There is a large deck with a covered seating area, a paver patio with a fire pit, and a smaller patio next to a raised vegetable garden.
The entire backyard is fenced in so you can let the dogs out for exercise while you pick a few tomatoes and cucumbers.
