Why We Love It

1. The Town Center

Just two blocks from Broadway and Park St, you are going to love living in the middle of the Grove City Town Center. You can walk to... the farmer's market, the patio at Plank's, pick up a Zamarelli's pizza, Taco Tuesdays at Local Cantina, get your Columbus Ale Trail stamps at Grove City Brewing Company, check out a book from the library, grab some gifts at Mojo • Zassy's • The Chandler • Heritage Cycles • etc, sip a cup of coffee inside of Transcend, listen to The Conspiracy Band jam at their Summer Sizzle concert, and more. And just prepare yourself for how popular you'll be when Arts in the Alley rolls around.

2. The Backyard

This large backyard is fully fenced-in and has a few different areas for you to relax. There is a covered area up on the deck, a paver patio with a fire pit just a few steps down from the deck, and even another small patio area next to your raised garden bed. This is a great backyard for hosting get-togethers almost all year long.

3. The Living Room

You have a few options as to how you can set this space up. The room is large enough that you can have a living room and dining room, living room and office, or just make one large living room out of it all. The kitchen is just a couple of steps away and there is a half bath available too.

What You Need To Know

First things first... as soon as you move in, you need to hop onto Wayfair and order a porch swing (just like they did when the home was built back in 1909) because you're going to love sitting out here.

Can't you just picture all of the conversations that have occurred over a glass of iced tea on this covered front porch?

First Floor

As you step inside, you find a large L-shaped living space that provides you with options:

  1. If you already have a dining room table, you can create a living room in one area and a dining room in another.
  2. If you find yourself working from home, create a den in the front section and use the rest of the room as living space.
  3. Or if you just like lots of furniture options, you can use the entire area as a large living room.

Adjacent to this living area is your kitchen. All of its available space has been used wisely as there is a pantry under the steps, a breakfast nook in the back, and a convenient laundry room as well.

The first floor half bath rounds off this level.

Second Floor

At the top of the switchback stairs, there is a landing with a large window that lets in tons of natural light.

There are three bedrooms up here and two of them are rather large for this time period.

A full bathroom is located off of the hallway.

Exterior

The backyard is great for entertaining!

There is a large deck with a covered seating area, a paver patio with a fire pit, and a smaller patio next to a raised vegetable garden.

The entire backyard is fenced in so you can let the dogs out for exercise while you pick a few tomatoes and cucumbers.
