Fun Memories
When speaking to the now-adult "children" who grew up in this one-owner home, they both fondly reminisced about growing up playing with friends in their quiet cul-de-sac and walking to the three schools in the immediate area. Just imagine how much more fun they would have growing up here now that the community swimming pool (The Big Splash), Dairy Queen, Jolly Pirate Donuts, and United Dairy Farmers are all within walking distance as well.

Ahead of its Time
This space could use some updating to a more modern vibe, but when the homeowners decided to open this space up many years ago, they created the open great room room concept that is almost mandatory today. The home has a front living room as well so you can be creative and use this kitchen/dining/living area however you want. Let those creative juices flow... because this is where you and your guests will likely spend most of your time.

Extra Space
This one-story home doesn't waste any space on the main level... but it's always nice to have a little something in reserve. What You Need To Know

First Floor
Stepping in from the covered porch, you arrive in a small foyer area with a coat closet on one side and access to the garage on the other.
Just beyond that, you'll find the formal living room on your right. The room is large enough for you to use it as your main TV space if you want to do something different with the back living area. A couple of windows here let you keep an eye on the cul-de-sac.
Continue past the living room and you step into the combined living space we spoke about earlier. Years ago, a wall was removed to combine two rooms and the result was a type of modern-day great room.
This open space has enough room for a living area, dining area, and your kitchen.
Note: Just imagine one large living space instead of two. Maybe look into adding a wall next to the foyer to close the living room off and make it a large master bedroom. Then remove the wall between the second living space and the middle bedroom to create one, very large, great room.
Because of the front living room, you have the option of using this space in many different ways.
On the other side of the home, you'll find all three bedrooms; including one that has its own half bathroom attached.
The home's full bathroom sits right in between all three bedrooms. A walk-in bathtub has already been installed, perfect for those with some mobility issues. If you don't have a need for it, it can certainly be changed out for a standard shower.
Note: Hardwood floors can be found under much of the carpeting.
Basement
A large portion of this full basement was finished as a recreational space. It's a good-sized room and could be used as an everyday living area if needed... or it can serve as your overflow zone for parties, toys, or workout equipment.
The other half of the basement was left unfinished for storage, laundry, and a large workbench.
Backyard
Just outside the sliding glass door, you step onto the concrete patio.
The yard is the perfect size to let the dog run a bit (because it's already fenced in) without being so large that it takes forever to mow.
