Why We Love It
1. Updates
Within the past month, this home has gotten all new flooring, a fresh coat of paint on the grey walls and white trim, brand new stainless steel appliances, and a modern barn door between the living room and basement steps. On top of those items, updates have also been made to the hot water tank (2019), HVAC (2016), and the community is currently receiving a nice facelift to the building exteriors where needed.
2. Price Range
So far in 2019, there have been 137 condos sold in Grove City at an average price of $211,000. With only 10 of those condos selling for $125,000 or less, we know how rare it is to find one for sale at this price... and in this condition. If you have ever entertained the idea of moving into a condo and want to be at this price level, I wouldn't suggest waiting long because we don't know when something else will be available.
3. Basement

Basement
Half of the basement can be used as a rec room, craft zone, video game lounge, or personal gym... while the other half can be used for storage and laundry.
Exterior
You'll find a nice community lawn just out the front door and when the weather cooperates, you can enjoy a little sunshine on the back patio, which is fenced in for privacy.
Two parking spaces are available under the covered carport just outside of the fence.
Community
Auburn Village is centrally located in Grove City with destinations like Kroger, Monterey Elementary School, and City Barbeque less than 3 minutes away.
There is even a community pool so you can save your money on that Big Splash membership.
