Why We Love It
1. It's a Lifestyle
I’ve come to find that homes located in the popular LC neighborhoods really do offer a certain lifestyle. If you enjoy having a place to meet up with neighbors and friends, The Goat offers just that. You will also have a community pool and fitness center to take advantage of as well. This community was designed with so much thought and really gives people everyday things we like to use all within walking distance from home.
2. First-Floor Master
I don’t know about you, but after a long day, I hate climbing the stairs to get to my bedroom. Sometimes it feels like I'm ascending four floors instead of one. You'll need to get your cardio in somewhere else because this first-floor master removes that hassle. You'll thank me later when you discover how easy it is to grab a little popcorn from the kitchen before binging "just one more episode" of Tiger King on Netflix.
3. Still Like New
This home is only a few years old and it still looks brand new. You'll find neutral colors, hardwood floors, white trim, stainless appliances, and everything else you would look for in a modern home. Plus, it offers an open floor plan with soaring ceilings that make great use of natural light.
What You Need To Know
Looking at the front of the home, you may notice what you don't see... a garage. But don't worry, your attached two-car garage is located around back. Each home in the area is designed this way and I love the clean look it gives when driving or walking through the neighborhood.
First Floor
As you enter the home, you’re welcomed into the main living space that features a gas fireplace as the main focal point. Vaulted ceilings really open the space up, filling it with light and drawing your eye up towards the staircase on your left.
Beyond the living room, the home opens to the kitchen and dining nook.
The kitchen has subway tile backsplash, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. No updating to be done here. The dining nook has plenty of room for your table and sliding glass doors in this space lead to party out to the patio.
Around the corner is your first-floor owner's suite. It is large with high ceilings but it still offers a cozy feel. A large walk-in closet is found behind a pocket door and of course, what master is complete without its very own private bath.
Rounding out the first floor is a hallway that leads to the laundry room, half bath, and garage access. In the garage, you will find stairs that lead up to an unfinished space that is perfect for storage.
Second Floor
Upstairs, you'll find two large guest rooms that have nice sized closets.
There is also a full bath located between the two bedrooms.
The home's neutral colors continue throughout the second level as well.
Backyard
Out back, you'll find a private patio that's great for a hot tub, grill, and patio furniture.
Behind the garage, is some green space that's helpful for dog owners... or a game of corn hole.
