Why We Love It

Like New

Just four years old, this home still feels like a new build but you don't have to wait 6 months for it to be done! It offers crisp white trim, stainless steel appliances, and newer flooring like most new homes... but unlike most new builds, you also get features the homeowners added like wood accent walls, a large patio, separate fire pit zone, and a fenced-in backyard.

Awesome Upstairs

Yes... your owner's suite is great, the three spare bedrooms are all rather large themselves, and it was genius to locate the laundry room up here. But do you know what I really like about this upstairs? I really like that you don’t feel like you need to squeeze past each other in this wide center hallway. It's the little things in life, right?

Outdoor Living Space

I love this backyard! You have a large paver patio located right outside of the back door, a cool fire pit area in the back corner, and it's already fenced-in. The well-placed landscaping will continue to mature with the home, enhancing a little feeling of privacy when you sit out there.

What You Need To Know

This beautiful home on Vista Drive is a vista, indeed.

The soft gray siding paired with the stone facade is an eye-catcher. The white columns framing the sitting area on the porch are the cherry on top that completes the look of this home.

First Floor

Stepping inside, you find a wood plank wall that provides an immediate home-y feeling on your left, see the front sitting room to your right, and catch a glimpse of the rest of the home at the end of the hall.

The sitting room to the right is the perfect spot to invite guests to sit and chat for a few or if you’re like me, you'll see it as a great space to curl up with a good book. I’ve also seen this area used as a library, formal dining room, and even an office.

Continue straight ahead past the half bath and door to the full basement.

The back of the home opens into the spacious kitchen on your right and the family room on your left.

The kitchen offers stainless appliances and a big island. You have plenty of cabinet space and a very nice size pantry in the corner. Also, notice the backsplash that will flow with any color scheme if you ever decide to change it up. The eat-in space is open into the family room and has lots of natural light from the doors that lead out back.

The family room is open, which makes this a great entertaining spot. Your guests will feel welcome to mingle and move freely. You might even get the guys away from the football game and the ladies from hanging out chatting in the kitchen… maybe. Either way, you all still get to be together. The family room also offers a fireplace for the calmer evenings when you want to curl up with a blanket and watch a movie.

Second Floor

Heading up to the second floor, you will notice another accent wall with wood plank adding character.

At the top of the stairs is an open area giving direct access to the owner's suite (with a private bathroom), three more large bedrooms, another full bathroom, and the laundry room.

I have to say my personal favorite of this floor is the convenience of having your laundry close to the bedrooms.

Backyard

Last but not least, we have the back yard.

The large paver patio makes a great spot to fire up the grill and spend some time outdoors with family and friends.

After dinner, grab the marshmallows, graham crackers, and Hershey bars so you can make dessert over the fire in the separate space out back created just for the fire pit.

You can even let the family pet join in on the fun with the yard being fenced.
