Why We Love It
Yard
As much as I love to get cozy in a living room or just lounge around in bed, a great backyard is my true sanctuary. And this backyard is indeed great! The paver patio and the deck blend in beautifully with the natural landscape, creating an inviting place to sit. This is the perfect spot to host your next cookout!
Kitchen
A kitchen is the heartbeat of a home. It's important that the space is both functional and beautiful... and this kitchen is both! I love the combination of the custom hickory cabinets with the granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
Lower Level
When you step down to this lower level, it feels like you are on a beach in the Carolinas! Porcelain tile floors (that look like a beachy hardwood) span through this living area that features built-in bookcases, a cedar fireplace wall with a granite hearth, and a wide-open feel. This isn't your typical bi-level home. I would love to see your face when you see this family room that walks out to that amazing backyard.

In the kitchen, hickory cabinetry lends a sense of warmth while the stain accents the natural swirls of the grain. While you are in here, open them up so you can feel their quality! This space also features granite countertops with a complimenting backsplash, a deep sink, under-cabinet lights, and updated lighting.
Down the hall is an updated full bathroom on your right, and two spacious guest bedrooms on your left.
The owner's suite is in the rear of the home and is large enough to hold a king suite. Your master bathroom has a stand-up shower.
Lower Level
I love the flooring downstairs. Most of it is a porcelain tile that looks like hardwood... and it is beautiful!
On your left is the home's fourth bedroom; this one is really oversized so there could be an argument as to who gets it.
You'll pass the half bath on your way to the family room that is so huge and full of natural light that you'll forget you're in the lower level.
It is hard to say what the focal point of the space is... it could be the cedar wall of the fireplace, the built-in bookcases, or maybe the sliding glass door that looks out at the beautiful back yard!
Backyard
The yard is huge!
There are tons of mature trees providing shade and extra privacy.
The patio and deck are ready for your new outdoor furniture and the built-in fire pit will be the place to be on those s'mores-filled summer nights!
