The creek bed is flat and easily accessible to a really nice part of the creek. You could fish from your own creek bed or wade into the water. I think it would be really cool to build some sort of shelter house or fire pit.
Mechanicals
Roof, HVAC, hot water tank, windows, bladder in septic, and garage doors have all been replaced. None of which are fun to spend money on :) This frees you up to go to ASK Motorsports and get a new ATV!!!
