The "C'mon Over" House

With 3 acres, a pool, and a floor plan that flows well with the outdoor space... get used to telling your friends to "just c'mon over".

This all-brick home has been cared for meticulously, and it shows from the moment you pull up to it. The long private driveway, from the end of the cul-de-sac back to the house, offers a glimpse of the gorgeous front acreage and landscaping.

First Floor

Walk up the brick steps into the charming foyer. The gleaming hardwood floors that continue through most of this level are beautiful... as are the wood windows and six-panel doors.

On your right, you will find the den/office filled with lots of natural light from the front windows. French doors offer privacy for phone calls or peace and quiet to enjoy reading a book. 

To the left of the foyer is the great room which also offers plenty of natural light as well. The brick fireplace in here has a chimney liner that just needs to be connected to an insert or stove. This living area is open to the dining and kitchen and will be the main gathering place when you entertain.

The dining room has bay window doors with a view of the patio and backyard. 

Over in the kitchen, you can pull up a chair and enjoy a quick bite at the breakfast bar. Stainless steel appliances, plenty of Corian countertops, and a walk-in pantry make meal prep a breeze in this kitchen.

But when you don't feel like sitting and being quiet, you can enjoy the in-ground swimming pool! It is completely enclosed by an iron fence for safety. Play around on the turbo slide or float around and soak up the sun.

Out in the yard, there’s plenty of space for a game of football, volleyball, or basketball.
