The "C'mon Over" House

Why We Love It

The Land

Tucked back into a tree-lined 3.08 acre lot, this is the outdoor space you've been waiting for. Zip down the turbo-fast slide and into the pool, shoot some hoops or set up poles for a game of volleyball, relax inside of the screened-in gazebo, or fire up the grill for dinner on the patio. You have plenty of options... and enough space to do it all.

The Garages

If you are a contractor, mechanic, or just someone with lots of "toys", these garages (yes, plural) will be perfect. The two-car is attached to the home and has a built-in workbench and shelving. The detached three-car also has overhead lighting, another workbench, and cabinets with two Craftsman tool chests built right in.

The Master

I rarely see a master suite the size of this one. It's large enough for a king size bedroom set with room left over for a cozy reading/sitting area. Your private bathroom features a relaxing soaking tub, separate shower, dual vanity, and a huge walk-in closet. As a matter of fact, it's not just a walk-in closet... it's a "walk-around-in" closet.

What You Need To Know

With 3 acres, a pool, and a floor plan that flows well with the outdoor space... get used to telling your friends to "just c'mon over".

This all-brick home has been cared for meticulously, and it shows from the moment you pull up to it. The long private driveway, from the end of the cul-de-sac back to the house, offers a glimpse of the gorgeous front acreage and landscaping.

First Floor

Walk up the brick steps into the charming foyer. The gleaming hardwood floors that continue through most of this level are beautiful... as are the wood windows and six-panel doors.

On your right, you will find the den/office filled with lots of natural light from the front windows. French doors offer privacy for phone calls or peace and quiet to enjoy reading a book.

To the left of the foyer is the great room which also offers plenty of natural light as well. The brick fireplace in here has a chimney liner that just needs to be connected to an insert or stove. This living area is open to the dining and kitchen and will be the main gathering place when you entertain.

The dining room has bay window doors with a view of the patio and backyard.

Over in the kitchen, you can pull up a chair and enjoy a quick bite at the breakfast bar. Stainless steel appliances, plenty of Corian countertops, and a walk-in pantry make meal prep a breeze in this kitchen.

Also located on this level are a half bath (with wainscoting and pedestal sink) and the laundry room (with a huge closet to hang your freshly washed clothes in).

Second Floor

Head on up the stairs where the hardwood floors turn to plush carpet.

You'll find two of the largest spare bedrooms I’ve seen in a while and both of them have large closets.

Your master ensuite offers enough room for a sitting/reading area plus a king-sized bed. Unwind in the relaxing soaking tub, or enjoy a nice hot shower in the separate stall. This bathroom also has a dual vanity and a huge walk-in closet.

All three bedrooms have ceiling fans... because who likes sleeping without a fan?

Basement

The basement has three separate rooms just waiting for your personal touches. Use one as a weight room, add a closet to make a bedroom out of another, and set up a second living area or craft room as well. The point is, you have options.

The storage area is also separate; it houses the mechanicals and is wired for a whole house generator.

Garage

A large two-car garage is attached to the home for convenience and there is also a detached three-car garage as well. This garage is huge and also offers a workbench on the back wall with built in Craftsman tool chests.

Backyard

My favorite part of this home is the back yard.

The concrete patio is the perfect size for a grill and your outdoor dining table.

Take a stroll down the stone walkway adjacent to end up at the screened-in gazebo. It's a great place to sit and enjoy the quiet.

But when you don't feel like sitting and being quiet, you can enjoy the in-ground swimming pool! It is completely enclosed by an iron fence for safety. Play around on the turbo slide or float around and soak up the sun.

Out in the yard, there’s plenty of space for a game of football, volleyball, or basketball.
