The Living Spaces
It’s not very often that you find a home in this price range with so many different living spaces. This home offers a family room with a cozy fireplace (cuddle up next to it now that the nights are getting colder), a living room that is perfect as a media room, and two (yes two) finished spaces in the basement to lounge around in. With this many living spaces to choose from, I’m sure this will be the home for many holiday gatherings.

Well, this list goes on and on... brand new Rosati windows, sparkling new stainless steel appliances, trendy glass tile backsplash, classic granite countertops, and new cabinets. There is also low maintenance laminate flooring throughout the whole home, a newer vanity in the master, freshly painted neutral colors inside and out, and newly sealed driveway. The best part about this list is that you can just move in and have practically nothing to do except decorate.
The Outdoor Space
With a spacious, fenced-in backyard that gives you room to play, this is the perfect spot for your outdoor activities. There’s a concrete patio area just outside the family room that could be a great space plop down a patio set while you wait for the grillmaster of the home to finish dinner. The storage shed can house your lawn mower and sports equipment. If you feel like going for a walk or some friendly competition, there is a park and some basketball hoops in the neighborhood just down the street.
What You Need To Know
This "Dollars and Sense" home is located in the Willow Creek subdivision and is close to freeways, Stringtown Rd. shopping and dining, schools, and it is within walking distance to a park.
The first thing you notice when you pull up to this house is the red door that just draws you right in. But before you do, take a moment to sit and enjoy the front porch.
First Floor
Upon entering, you will notice the handsome laminate flooring that carries throughout the home.
To the left is the formal living room, that would be perfect for another media area, to fit today's lifestyle. You can fit a large television in here and still have plenty of room to sit around and watch a movie on it.
The living room is open to the dining room, which is open to the kitchen... which helps keep everyone in these three rooms connected.
I spoke about the updates in the kitchen earlier, but you have to see it with your own eyes. Some of the custom cabinets boast glass door fronts which just adds to the updated look of the space. Up the painted steps is where you'll find the bedrooms.

This way, you can still get ready while someone else is in the shower. There are also separate closets in the master, which is nice.
Across the hall is the first spare bedroom and down the hall from that is the second spare bedroom. Both rooms are big enough for two twin beds or regular size beds and have good sized closets.
Basement
Walk down into the basement and all of the potential ideas of this space will come rushing to you. There’s a rec room and another separate room off of that which would be a great for a craft room, band room, or maybe even a bedroom since there is a closet area.
The utility room of the basement is spacious and has a huge [leased] hot water tank and another shower stall... because you can never have too many showers, right?
Backyard
The backyard is spacious and fenced with a storage shed. Lots of room to run around, or you can sit and enjoy the smells of the BBQ on the patio, up to you.
