Why We Love It
Basement
I was born and raised here in Columbus, so like most of you, I am a sucker for a basement. Unlike many of the ranches in the surrounding neighborhood that do not have a basement, this one not only has a full basement, but the walls and ceiling are already finished and freshly painted. Updated windows have also been installed down here. The current owners were even nice enough to leave the waterproof floor tiles for you to lay if you don't want to add carpet to the level.
