What You Need To Know
Simsbury Walk is a small community so the opportunity to own this unique floor plan doesn’t come around very often. The facade of each unit is different and the feeling of a quaint Norman Rockwell neighborhood shines throughout this unique area.
First Floor
Stepping inside, you arrive in an open floor plan with a large - but cozy - feel. A fireplace anchors the living area, creating visual separation for the dining area.
In the kitchen (also open to the living areas), white cabinets keep the area bright and cheerful.
The laundry room and garage entry are also located off the kitchen.
On the other side of the home, your owner's suite has two rows of closet space leading you to your private bathroom. The size of this room allows for any size bed - it is truly fit for a king or a queen. There is even room for a small desk or armchair for late-night reading.
If you have overnight guests, they'll find the guest room quite welcoming. The current owner also used this room for her computer desk so there is ample room for both.
