Why We Love It
1. Vaulted Ceilings
As soon as you walk in the front door you notice the openness of the kitchen and living room. The vaulted ceilings add visual interest as well as really making this area seem huge!
2. Floors
I love the updates that were made to this house; my favorite is the tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. These floors look just like hardwood but much more durable and better suited for areas that could get wet. Both bathrooms have been updated as well.
3. Accessibility
This is a Grove City address with Columbus taxes. You can be on the freeway in 2 minutes, dining in the Grove City Town Center in 5 minutes, or in downtown Columbus in 10 minutes.

First Floor
Stepping through the front door, you immediately notice the vaulted ceilings and the neutral paint color.
To the right from the foyer is the kitchen. It has beautiful new tile floors (they resemble hardwood but are much more durable) and a very efficient layout.
The kitchen opens up to the large family room featuring those ceilings we talked about. This big, open area is perfect for entertaining.
Down a hallway from here, you come to the first full bathroom that has been completely updated with new flooring, vanity, and fixtures.
Two generously sized guest bedrooms are opposite of this bathroom.
Next up is your owner's suite with its large closet and the home's second fully updated bathroom.
You'll find the first-floor laundry in a room that leads to the garage.
Basement
This house offers a very clean partial basement that could very easily be turned into extra living space.
The crawl space is perfect for storage.
Backyard
The backyard is a clean slate just waiting for your special touches.
It has a peaceful view of the creek that runs behind the yard.
