Why We Love It
1. Outdoor Living
It's downright hard to find a yard this size in a neighborhood. And then when you add in the fact that it's already fenced-in (with solar lights on top of each post) and has a huge new deck with a gorgeous wooden pergola... I'd say this backyard has everything you need for a great weekend of outdoor entertaining.
2. Living Spaces
This home has a large family room in the back and a living room (or formal dining space) in the front. In the family room, you can cuddle up by the fireplace while watching your favorite movie or just enjoying the peaceful view of the backyard. If you don't like what's on the TV in the family room, you can curl up with a book or find your own shows to watch in the flexible living room.
3. Finished Basement

The family room is open to the kitchen, which is always a plus so you can stay connected while someone is preparing the meals. This space features a fireplace and French doors that lead out to the deck.
Second Floor
Up the stairs is where you will find all four spacious bedrooms.
The owner's suite has vaulted ceilings, a double vanity, and enough room for a shower and a huge soaking tub. The walk-in closet has plenty of room and a window for extra lighting.
The three spare bedrooms are all great sized and have large closets.
Basement
There are three separate areas down here.

Gather on the deck and soak in the sun... or relax in the shade... while entertaining your guests. The new wooden pergola with retractable sunshades provides just enough shade if you get too hot.
The fenced-in backyard keeps pets and little ones from wandering too far but still gives them lots of room to run around.
Do you love the size of the yard but hate the idea of having to mow it? A robotic lawnmower has been already programmed to the yard and will stay with the property.
