We had the pleasure of dealing with Billy Wemlinger for the sale of our home, and purchase of our new home last summer. My wife and I couldn't have been more impressed with Billy and The Parrett Group as a whole.  

For starters, the video/photos of our home were unbelievably well done and made our house look better than ever.  This led to immediate showings as soon as it hit the market, and we had an offer higher than asking price in less than a day afterward. Which was great, but presented us with another challenge. 

Next up for Billy, was an accelerated home search in hopes of us avoiding a double move.  He showed us exactly the right homes, and although it took many long evenings of looking, sure enough, we found our new dream home.  He then perfectly orchestrated the closing of two homes and made sure that the dates/times synced up perfectly.  

Billy confidently told us when we first met "I'm pretty good at what I do", which was an understatement.

My husband and I went to the Parrett Group website and Megan Chambers messaged me through the site.  I told her we didn't know if we wanted to sell and she said she would come out to speak with us... no obligations.  After speaking with her, she left a great impression on us with absolutely no pressure to sell.  We decided to list because we were confident she could sell our home for top dollar.  We would have been thrilled with selling at list price, in a week or 2, but our house sold in 2 days for $9,100 over list price!  We credit Megan and the Parrett Group for the professional photos, virtual tour and the marketing of our home on all of their platforms.

Had my best interest in mind

I purchased my first home in 2017 and Tracy walked me through every step of the way. She offered helpful advice about what to look for, what to consider, how to approach an offer and more. She made herself available any time I had questions or wanted to check out a listing, even if I wanted to return for a second or third visit. I felt like Tracy had my best interest in mind (frequent check-ins and words of encouragement) and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. I enjoyed my time working with Tracy and would recommend her to friends and family!

Corry Stotts was awesome! He walked us through everything and answered all of our questions. He made sure to create an awesome video and shared the beautiful pictures all over. We had done some updates on our house and he recommended we list for $189.900. We had an offer the first night during a private showing! We also had offers after our first open house! We were in contract within 24hrs of the house being listed! I would highly recommend the Parrett Group if you are buying or selling a home. Sold my house with multiple offers on the first weekend

Billy Wemlinger listed and sold my house with multiple offers on the first weekend available and for over the asking price.  His advice on getting the house ready to sell and his patience when it took me a while to do so were fantastic.  Nicest guy ever.  Very professional and really knows what he is talking about.  He came over and worked side by side with me to get it ready for photos, even pulled a few weeds!  To top off my experience with him, he went out of his way to help me get in a condo with a less than cooperative seller.  Billy and The Parrett Group are simply the best!

Megan Chambers is the best!  My husband and I had a dream to build.  We were basically open to any lot within a 30 mile radius of Columbus.  We searched for over a year with Megan's help.  She worked evenings and weekends and always emailed and texted back super quickly!  She gathered details (utility info, deed restrictions, etc) on probably 20 lots for us and was a joy to work with!  She genuinely cares and will go above and beyond to help anyone find real estate!  I would recommend her to everyone!

Tracy McDaniel and the Parrett Group were outstanding to work with on both the buying and the selling end!
